Jar of Side Scales 		Dragons among the Diamond Rooks Sanctuary came from all corners of Sornieth, and most were proud of their heritage, or at least open to talking about it. Zinnia kept her past private; she was simply a private little veil. She had made the journey from the Forum of the Obscured Crescent with her now close friend, Relius, and that's all that anyone knew.

Along the way, her friend had inundated her with all sorts of gardening and harvesting knowledge. Because of this, it was only natural for her to follow in his footsteps and help the sanctuary with their seasonal harvest work. Relius was fast to put her in charge of handling, planting, collecting, and storing all small seeds that most other dragons could not keep safely within their grasp. She often filled the communal hollow with caches of extra seeds. She was exceptionally observant and had a keen eye, and while it helped her with her duties, it also helped make her one of the few dragons among the sanctuary to have both seen and befriend Fracas.

Though Gloam courts her regularly, she typically pays him no heed and will instead busy herself around the farm for as long as possible, much to his chagrin.

The name Zinnia is a girl's name of German, Latin origin meaning "Zinn's flower". In the language of flowers, Zinnias symbolize remembrance.

All of the Veilspuns, save for Fracas, slumber together as one group in the hollow of a towering strangler fig. The alcove is high above the main square and overlooks a large swath of Glademother's southern jungle.
