Agrigan

Agrigan is a dedicated student of the smithing arts. A prodigious young blacksmith, she is fiercely passionate about her craft and craftspeople in general. Her specialty is in creating delicate wrought iron jewelry set with gemstones, and she is moving into the fields of silver and goldsmithing under the careful eye of her mentor, Hakone--but like any blacksmith worth their salt, she can work in the creation of tools and even weapons. Her passion also extends to her love of reading. She especially enjoys stories about travel, devouring travel logs, biopics and fantasy stories set in far off places. In her spare time, she enjoys trying to learn the language of the Dunhoof tribes with middling success.

While confident in her skills as a blacksmith however, Agrigan is self conscious of her appearance. Within the Lucid Dreamer clan, most dragons are bright, vibrant colors who are trained in the arts of the stage or the battlefield. Agrigan has little talent for singing, no memory for lines and is a poor actress. This combined with her dull colors makes her shy around members of her own clan, and tending to minimize her confidence. With strangers she feels like she has a clean slate and less need to live up to some standard of beauty, and can be downright belligerent on the topic.

She tries to mask this insecurity by channelling it into her work, and trying to convince herself that she can bring honor to her Clan simply by being a good blacksmith, but she does nurse dreams of landing a good breeding contract with a handsome drake and bringing honor to her clan through producing beautiful children like the other members of her clan. She regards this as a pipe dream however, and if asked about it she will attempt to dismiss it.
