Quillan

I’m sure this dragon has a really really cool backstory. Like, the coolest. Oh by the way, this is placeholder text. Why don't I just use 'lorum ipsum?' Well, I'm tired of seeing it everywhere on this site.

Feral boy who likes digging. Also enjoys gardening. But mostly digs. That isn't to say he doesn't take good care of his plants- he's great at it- but there are lots of holes near the garden, so a dragon needs to watch their step while in the area. He doesn't talk much, which is good for his mate, but she gets mad if he gets her books dirty.

Quillan is very protective of his garden, which, combined with his somewhat antisocial nature, means he's not very close with most members of the clan. One of the exceptions is Opal, who gets a pass because she regularly helps with the garden. Everyone else has to trade with him if they want plants- meat or fish, of course, since he can eat that.

A lot of plants came from Quillan’s home, the Viridian Labyrinth. The scent of their flowers are very nostalgic to Woodnymph. Quillan allows him to linger around the flowers as long as he does not touch anything, and despite being the clan leader, Quillan still keeps a careful pair of eyes on him.

Quillan keeps his alstroemeria fox- which he creatively named "Fox"- around since it's kind of similar to him in some ways. It's a predator, but it has a strong affinity for plants. Quillan and Fox will team up to kill prey which threatens their garden, with Quillan being fast enough to take down deer and Fox being small enough to weasel into rabbit dens. Together, no herbivore can destroy their hard work. Fox also loves to dig.
