Ingo

Ingo ran the battle subway with his brother, Emmet. Growing up, he and his brother spent a lot of time with trains and developed a passion for them. They also have a passion for pokemon and battling, often putting their heads together to come up with new strategies for when they team up together. In the earlier years of their career, they were granted permission to take over the subway station and turn it into the battle facility they dreamed of. Since then, they ran Gear Station and even trained with some of the world's most powerful trainers, including with the Unovian Champion, Hilbert.

Ingo briefly met Jason and Alaina during their visit when his hand was bitten by a zoroark he thought was a teenager refusing to show his ticket.

Ingo was pulled into Hisui while investigating an odd crack in the wall of one of the tunnels. He was given the same message as any other faller- "Seek out all pokemon", and was left around the cliffs of Mt. Coronet, in the distant past of Sinnoh- when it was named Hisui. Annoyed that he'd been taken away from his life in Unova, Ingo started his task, but was attacked by a rhyperior during his study and lost his memory in the attack.

Ingo was found unconscious by the Lady Sneasler, one of Hisui's several nobles, and brought to the Pearl Clan Leader for help and medical attention. For about five years, he served as Lady Sneasler's warden and proved himself to be one of the most skilled pokemon trainers in Hisui.

When the nobles began to frenzy, Ingo sought out the new Galaxy Team survey members to help him with the rampaging Lord Electrode. The survey members recognized him immediately and- after quelling Lord Electrode, of course- they helped him regain his memory and swore to help return him home. Once his memory was returned, and once their goal had been met, Ingo helps Jason and Alaina battle Arceus to return home. After being missing for a total of six years, Ingo was able to return home with Emmet.
