one of the smaller members of the fair folk (not to be confused with the fae species), siobhan has spent a long time as a travelling tactician and mediator of different courts. they are almost as light as a fae and smaller than most of their intended species. they recently decided to explore the culture of the dragons of this plane; the jury is still out on whether that was a good idea or not.
its voice is always quiet and vaguely soothing- often it sounds like it's whispering. since a whisper isn't the best way to grab attention as needed, it tends to flare light from the painlessly embedded mask that has grown to follow the contours of its body.
siobhan loves playing games, collecting knowledge, and anything that combines the two. unused to the perils of this world having an effect on her, she occasionally stumbles into dangerous situations in the name of research.
recently entered in a race that is not on a boat, to the dismay of their teammates- but was still pretty fun anyway.
veteran of multiple races, both boat and otherwise inclined.
