A shy creature that calls himself a "Shade Dragon", Krobus lives in the Calpernum Sewers. While the concept of a dragon made from Shade itself is outlandish, there must be some merit to the fact that Krobus doesn't behave like a regular dragon. From a preference in bizarre foods, to despising the sun and cold, and even no need for sleep, there's something up with this guy.
What's confusing though, is that Krobus isn't even hostile. Despite the occasional desire to be mischievous, he conducts himself with an apologetic, soft-spoken air.

You might think that a dragon that spends all their time in the sewer, and associates themselves with the Shade would have no friends among dragonkind. However, Krobus has found a kindred spirit in Spiff, the streetsweep. It works out well: Spiff has someone to talk to, and Krobus has someone to purchase his wares.
