★★★ QUICK LOOKLair Guardian Pesti [Curled Horns] and Lence [Wavy Horns] are the first line of defense against would-be intruders in the Infernal Den. They are merciless fighters who work in seamless conjunction--when they aren't bickering. They're one of the first Aberrations to leave the Wyrmwound and make an annual migration back to modify themselves to better defend their den. Pesti and Lence are in a polyamorous relationship with Veigar, the clan Familiar Keeper. They help look after the familiars, and occasionally Pesti, Lence and Veigar also help with taking care of Hatchlings. Pesti finds small dragons annoying, but it makes Lence and Veigar happy, so he tolerates it. |
★★★ PERSONALITY Pesti is incredibly eager and excitable, always ready to do or see something. It's not uncommon to find him dragging his body mate around to see whatever odd bug and mutated plant caught his attention. He has a ferocious appetite and doesn't really care what he puts in his mouth, much to Lence's annoyance as this has led to many a terrible stomach ache. When fighting, Pesti mans their magical attacks and grapples with their opponents. Lence, on the other hand, is incredibly grumpy and easily annoyed. He tried to keep the two of them on track, though Pesti usually drags them to Kindgom Come anyways. When he has some free time, Lence enjoys reading and relaxing, which he rarely really gets a proper chance to do. Thanks to him and Pesti sharing a stomach, Lence is rarely hungry, and often has stomach aches thanks to Pesti's "see-food" diet. When they fight, Lence takes control of their shared body, maneuvering them and attacking with their wings, tails and back claws. |
★★★ HISTORY Pesti and Lence where some of the first Abberations our of the Wyrmwound. Determined to test their strength against the whole of Sornieth, they quickly moved outwards from the heart of the territory, tearing through anything with the gal to stand in their way. After a battle with a particularly sturdy Imperial, they had stumbled, injured, to the nearest dragon settlement, and collapsed. When they woke, they where greeted by a grey-and-red Gaoler, whom they promptly attacked. After they calmed down, the Gaoler introduced himself as Veigar, and explained he had nursed them back to health. When a Pearlcatcher offered to let them stay for a bit, Pesti accepted immediately, much to Lence's annoyance, and they've been there ever since. |
