Overview:
Subject 72's 2nd head. Dr. Hart procured her from a battlefield where she had been a soldier of sorts. It is said that she fought "with ferocity and unyielding anger, but almost as if she knew she would die". The surviving members of her previous clan wanted her to be cremated, but Dr. Hart was able to pull some strings and move her to the facility. She has seemingly forgotten most of her previous life and is all too happy be called "Della" and pretend to be sisters with her other heads, though she has apparently admitted to Orini that she knows they are not blood-related.

Personality and precautions:
While Della is generally the least volatile of subject 72's heads, that does not mean to treat her lightly. She has the most actual combat experience and is much stronger than her other heads. It has been documented that she is be able to fight through sedatives that Bocca and Verita cannot. She was singlehandedly responsible for mauling half of the guards, destroying the lab's B wing, and nearly escaping. She will generally be appeased as long as her other heads are in a good mood. She seems to view herself as the protector of her "sisters" and will fight fiercely should any hint of harm come to them. She has forgotten most of her previous life and has trouble forming new memories. It will take her a month at least to learn a new scientist's face and she may completely forget them if they haven't had much contact. For example, she has forgotten even Dr. Hart's existence.
