- king of the legion of endeavors.
- became the legion's leader after its previous leader, an elder snapper named king aakil, passed away.
- aakil was dear to many, and she has a memorial dedicated to her. on her deathbed, she "passed the torch" to alegatas.
- alegatas isn't sure if she was the right choice as the new leader, but she's doing her best.
- somewhat well-acquainted with king rhamnousia, as the legion of endeavors is one of the only legions regularly in contact with the legion of damnation in the obsidian firefalls. the two kings used to be closer, but since rhamnousia's brother mythril died, they've been distant and only speaking to each other out of necessity. much of the time it's not even direct- rather than talking to the gaoler in person, alegatas often speaks to a representative.
- had an affair with one of the legion of damnation's dukes, asche. alegatas had wanted to take the relationship further and commit to it with asche, only for the duke to break her heart by turning her down and avoiding her. the king hasn't thought fondly of him since, and hearing asche's name awakens a rage within her. beneath that rage, however, is a mournful yearning for all that could've been.
- her relationship with asche wasn't that much of a secret, either. there is gossip surrounding the two in both of their legions. this may or may not have brought asche's reputation down.
- best friends with resalath, one of the princes in the legion of damnation. the banescale's role is to maintain the legion's gardens and farms. the two work closely and regularly do business together.

legion of endeavors notes
- the legion of endeavors is built beside a large body of lava beside lighthaven paradise, and it's considered a harbor as a result.
- whereas the legion of damnation is focused on war with the entity and bringing sinners to justice, the legion of endeavors provides opportunities for aspiring goetia-born that want to hone their skills to benefit their own legions. it is also a trading center for a variety of products, whether it be jewelry, weapons and armor, crops native to suvaalnat or sornieth, and more.
- the legion has an orphanage as well as a school alongside it known as the academy of the four-pointed star. the academy offers classes for a plethora of fields, and goetia-born of all ages are welcome to attend free of charge, whether it be to pick up hobbies, study interesting topics, or practice to fulfill a role they've chosen for themself.
