Kuro sharpens their claws idly on a nearby stone, only looking up when they sense you come too close to their tomes. "Careful with those," they warn when you look like you might pick one up. "They're important to me."

It only works within their hands, and these books don't seem to tell stories that appear anywhere else in this world. Kuro believes it shows them visions of stories in other worlds.
