Personality
Zegai is soft-hearted and motherly. They love fiercely for others and they are always finding new ways to help. She is quiet, but she enjoys being around others most of the time. She adores looking after the children of the clan and has been doing it for a long while now. Even after she adopted her own kids, she still chose to stay in this position.
Early Life
Zegai came from a Mighty Lair near the Daylight Sanctum. Both their mother and father still live in the clan. She joined the Alder Clan a bit after becoming an adult. She quickly took to the children, as at the time she was unmated and unable to have biological children.
When Zegai came bearing interest in watching over the children, Asthor, was quick to ask her to remain in their clan. She didn't really have much interest in leaving as it was, so quickly decided to stay. They helped take care of the young in their previous clan, so this was a position they were completely ready for. One she heavily enjoyed as well. Zegai took an interest in Isavar not long after she came to the Alder Clan. Zegai had always wanted a mate and children, it was her dream. They quickly mated and have become extremely close as time went on. Zegai deeply loves her mate and has steadily fulfilled her wish. |

Current
Zegai is still looking after the young of the clan. While it is sad for her to see them all grow up, she is happy to see them grow into their roles. They spend a lot of time creating games and fun things to do with the hatchlings. They excitedly went off after they moved to the Gladeveins. So much more room to enjoy and more things to do. They aren't involved with trading and alliances. Really politics in general. Zegai remains in the back of the clan when politics are spoken of and she rarely gives her opinion on things. Her mate has tried to teach her some, but they genuinely just have no interest in those matters. She prefers being valued for her hard work with the young. They have their mate and two children at the moment. She does want to expand this eventually but doesn't want to force her mate if she truly doesn't want more. They have their Four-Eyed Phylactery, Patches. She's had it since she was young and it is now a comfort toy for both her and the children in the clan. The familiar was given to her by her mother and she hopes to pass it down to her own daughter. Zegai spends much of their time in the hatchling den with the young. She gets to spend a lot of time with her children at the moment, at least until they grow up. She also tries to spend a lot of time with her mate, dearly enjoying the other's company. Since they adopted, none of their kids fight for the GladeKeeper. Everyone in the clan values Zegai and often turn to her for parenting advice. |
