Nessa was probably once something else. Fished out from the deepest trenches of the Mire, it was quite a while before any dared to approach it. As it always is in these scenarios, Nessa turned out to be passionate about teaching younglings about the swamp and its inhabitants; so much so, that the Menagerie soon had its very own survivalist trainer. Nessa spends it's days bringing pairs of deity-bound dragons into the Mire, imbuing upon them whatever knowledge they may need on their journey ahead. It also serves as the sanctum family's main bodyguard, after it thwarted an unexpected on the sanctum.

Trivia • Although its shape is vaguely that of a spiral, Nessa prefers to crawl about instead of flying. It lacks true wings and moves more like a snake than anything. Some say they've seen it gliding from tree to tree. • Apparently, the number of teeth in its mouth is constantly changing.
