"Look, I'm fine now, big brother!" Cricket said in exasperation as Osiris continued to fuss about his little sister's new den. "Go get a life of your own. Your niece and nephew will be fine, here. Brightstorm is getting better already and you know it."

"But-" Osiris started and Cricket cut him off, her golden eyes bright.

"Out. Have some fun, you great hulking worrywart. Get to know that real pretty Imperial you were telling me about. Scourge, was she? Well go on! Shoo!" She was grinning, which Osiris took to be a good sign. With a sigh, he relented and took a step towards the door. Then he turned back.

"If Darkthorn does anything, and I mean ANYTHING-" Cricket interrupted him yet again.

"Yes, yes, I'll let you know and you can put his head with Seth's. Honestly, just go."
