The cold Queen of Hearts is feared by all who have their heads screwed on tightly enough, including her own child. She prefers it that way. Her business is all about power, control, and fear. Skill coming in at a close fourth, and in that category she has no equal. Her work with a scalpel is flawless, able to graft and stitch bodies into healthy perfection with little to no effort on her part.

But none of her miracles are technically 'legal'. and neither are they cheap. And it is for that reason that she chooses to remain distant and alone.

Or......that's what she'd hoped for, until Mince came strutting into her life. Now it seems she simply cannot bear to be without the man, especially now that she requires his help to function. Ah, well. There are worse fates for people like her.
