He wishes not to speak about such an era.

slowly, day by day, he turns the wheel of fate in tandem with the strange overhanging, rotating sky of his shrine. the predictions he dishes out are nothing more than mere suggestions of the future. anything and everything can be shaped differently or changed, but without effort, his fortunes are sure to come true one way or another.

although his clairvoyance may reveal an unpleasant future, he himself means no ill will. he does all he can to pull the strings of fate in your favor, but he's far from perfect in that aspect. yet pluck at the fibers he will.

small, floating shapes hang about him like a planet to its star and his blue flames flare with the changing skies. he's as ethereal as his homeland, but do not let his imposing countenance fool you; even the most casual acknowledgement earns a deep, respectful bow from him.
