Biography

Nacreous life didn't start in the most auspicious of ways. Her egg was found orphaned, with no signs of her parents anywhere. It was placed with a clan that was willing to raise stray hatchlings, and took so long to hatch that for a while the dragons taking care of it worried something had gone terribly wrong. But when she did decide to hatch, she was a perfectly healthy young dragon.

Her greatest passion was always studying the weather. It was a love that developed when she was still very young. As a hatchling she would spend many days gazing at clouds, and often sneaked out during thunderstorms to watch lightning. The water and wind didn't bother her. Even catching a cold was only a minor annoyance, more than worth dealing with for the pleasure of enjoying the storm.
