Biography
bought for 500g
a beloved aristocrat within dragonhome, avenoir was assassinated by a rival-hired hitman & subsequently buried at cairnstone rest. his death caught the attention of tomb robbers who dug up his grave with the intent of stealing his riches, instead resulting in his resurrection & the tomb robbers' deaths due to curses placed within the burial ground. not wanting to attract attention, he fled as far away from dragonhome as possible; to the southern icefield. there, he sought refuge in roadkill's clan and made friends with dragons such as thunderclap, who's situation he related to (in terms of both being high-ranking dragons fallen from grace)
before his assassination, avenoir was very lovable & was well respected by the public. he often donated his wealth to charities & ran various campaigns for various things, whereas this generosity allowed him to climb the ranks over time. he wouldn't realize that this put a target on his back until it was too late
post-resurrection, he became very quiet & kept to himself. he believed that if he hadn't been famous, his tomb robbers wouldn't have paid any attention to him and likely would've still been alive. he feels extreme levels of guilt for their deaths despite his clanmates trying to assure him that it wasn't his fault & the robbers chose that path of life that resulted in their demise
avenoir was very fit and had a very dignified appearance, though now he's a little scrawny & has a mildly slouched posture. having held his head up high with a smile, he now keeps his head down with a seemingly permanent somber expression
