Sophia

Sophia was born into a arcane clan,The clan lived in a rather unsafe area - prone to meteor showers, and inhabited by hostile beastclanners. They lived within a dome of magic - similiar to the sprawling city much farther away from them. She was deeply in love with another dragon. Another Coatl - Alastor, who had strange abilities he could not fully control. He was showing promising, and powerful potential. She was, as well - Alastor was in the process of becoming on of their warriors - To protect it from outside threats .. Beastclanners, dragons, and all else that threatened them and thier way of life. Sophia did not know much of magic at that point - But alastor would be the one to show her the ropes - the basics, as he himself learned them. Sophia and alastor never wanted to be apart, and often would leave for adventures.They would explore and find strange places.By this time, they were almost fully grown dragons but not quite, Still young, still unknowing of the dangers of the worl. Sophia was passionate, and determined - an artist and a singer. Hodling a chaotic, unpredictable nature - a tirckster, you never know whats coming next, keeping you on your toes - she and alastor were unseperable.

Alastor , a charming, and charismatic dragon - learning to control well his strange, eldritch abilities, A dragon of duality, who holds a sadistic and darker side that he hids behind his charisma and charm - but a side not directed towards his lover, Sophia. They are similar in many ways.

One day, he was faced with a threat unseen by the clan. One that stuck in the night. Alastor had gotten the attention of The Plagued Legion, A tribe of war and thievery. They invade, and they take all that they can. Money, Food, dragons. All these sorts of things - Their general handpicks the dragons they take to train and turn to their side.They are trained to be warriors, soliders. They slink between plague and shadow, and their lair and somewhere in there. Clans they take over, the weak are slain, or taken as slaves.It was only the leader at first, Alastor was sensing something. Something strange ... He couldn't quite put his finger on what though - until it happened much too soon.



All that sophia remembers, is fire raining down, waves of fire and destruction. She had just woken up - is this a nightmare? It..it has to be. This can't be real, right? Dragons were cornered. Mirrors, guardians and Wildclaws stormed in, she watched dragons she knew and loved be slaughtered. Before she could do anything - She was flung, very hard, against a rock, And passed out. The last thing she saw was Alastor running full-force into the leader, She woke an entire day later to find The land was burned and destroyed - the smell of rot, and blood in the air. Bodies of those that she loved , of those that she knew. Scattered around - nothing was left. Their home....their home was gone. How...? how could this happen?! and...and alastor. Alastor didnt make it. He...he was taken from her.

It began from there. Her anger, She was filled with such a deep, and powerful grief. She did not leave his body. She did not leave him. Even if he was long dead, she would hold him and talk to him like he was still there. Like he could hear her. It wasn't long until a neighboring clan found her, and the clan, being so far out into the fields, they couldn't get there fast enough.


Because of this. She sought them out. Over the years she learned magic- to go into the darker side of magic, everyone telling her it wasn't the way, that it wasn't right. Leave it up to the will of the gods. or that it was in their plans . that everything is the way it is for a reason. It only fuled her anger. Those that say they bring justice did nothing. Her family taken, her lover slain. She wouldn't stand idly by. She had to do something. She learned underhanded tricks, and trained under a powerful warrior of the plague flight, who helped her harness and use her powers in ways she never could before.

She wasn't able to bring him back to life. But she could bring the same destruction that they brought to her clan, to her life, to her lover...to them . And so she did. A powerful mage, learning all that she can, From entities of all kinds. Gaining power, power she would use against those that deserved it. To teach and help others.

She was ready. Years prepared her for this. She, alongside an ancient entity who she had befriended. She found them. Surprisingly, she remembers nothing of what happened that day. Nor what she did. Only that a power unsseen flowed from her, and that their screams.... were melodious. It had been witnessed, and those that saw it thought she was a deity of some kind. She took all that they had for herself. With her newfound power, she would use it to bring justice to those that hurt others, those that lived free without the weight of their crimes.


She gave their treasures, their currency, to the clans that had little, the ones that were barely scraping by . Same with their food stores - She wears the leader's skull as a sort of headress / mask now - and she keeps alastor's feathers close to her. She had dove deep into the dark, and didn't let it take her. She wouldn't be like all the others who would use their power for bad. she would go about to help other dragons bring justice to those that have hurt them.
