Topiko, nicknamed Koko by his close friends, is misleading in appearance. Despite his bright plumage and vibrant eyes, he's a stoic, no-nonsense dragon. Having little patience for trickery and childishness, he tends to whip the clan back into shape when he feels he needs to. Due to his detesting of mischief, he and Fission are vicious rivals. Fission will often target Topiko to spite him, and he'd always loudly snap back, much to the annoyance of the clan. Their bickering sometimes feels endless.

Topiko works as an archaeologist and anthropologist. He moved to the Mirrorlight Promenade to study the ancient civilizations found there.
