ORIGIN / A lightning clan that created intricate weaponry, Aodar was apprenticed to their forgemaster, a fire dragon with a traditional metalworking heart. Aodar's creative streak put them at odds sometimes, but their clashes always resulted in some outstandingly bizarre weapons.

Fact / Met Hadal while delivering a set of prototype hydraulic harpoons to a coastal fishing clan. Of course, Hadal was being hunted by the clan for sinking many of their boats, but Aodar was intrigued. The two became fast friends and that friendship is what prompted Aodar to leave the clan he loved and travel the world.

Likes / Warm sunny days, sand baths, his friends, getting to tinker at a forge, when someone compliments him or his creations. He likes lazy afternoons and keeping busy equally; he often does things in spurts of motivation and then lolls about for a while making him seem unreliable.

Dislikes / He's actually super picky about his seafood. No molluscs, no small bony ones, no squid. Also pretty reluctant to fly long distances, he doesn't hate flying, but it's exhausting and he prefers his feet.

Interests / Crafts of all kinds. Pottery and sculpture and architecture. It's all equally fascinating to him, especially how it varies across flights and subcultures. Hadal likes to break stuff so his sandcastles never last long. There's still a lightning dragon in him and he loves to see new technology and learn about how they work, maybe make some himself.
