Yulian

From an early age, Yulian has been adapted to the snow. With his piney coat and sturdy claws, he fits right in when it comes to the frigid, rocky terrain of Galehart.

Being a Gaoler, he does not have much need for a hoard, especially when he's almost always out of his den. He considers his job as a mountaineer a full-time affair, and only really retires to eat and rest up.

Yulian is responsible for ensuring that travelers do not bite off more than they can chew when they make the trek from Galehart to another reigon. It can be incredibly dangerous, especially for those not native to the Wind Flight. There are beastclans, a great number of monsters, and the weather to contend with, but Yulian's worldly experience comes in handy. While he looks like a hulking brute, he's quite in tune with ice magic, and is able to sense minute changes in the weather.

Yulian makes a great mountaineer, not just because of his skill in navigating the plateau, but also his demeanor. He might not make use of them himself, but he always has furs and cocoa on his person for those he's guiding. He takes his time and ensures the safety of his clients, especially when many of them are elderly or disabled dragons who might struggle to make such a journey on their own. He's been known to allow the smaller species of dragon to ride on his back when the terrain is too difficult.
