The strange dragon who rules over the Forest of the Lost. No one knows where she came from or where she goes when she isn’t luring unsuspecting dragons into the dense, all-consuming fog. In fact, most aren’t aware of her existence at all.

She was born from the fog and to the fog she will return, assuming she even can die. Since her uncertain creation, she longed for companionship, for a family. Chandraneel observed the habits of dragons who occasionally passed through her forest and twisted their words in order to trap them. To her dismay, dragons in groups always chose each other over her, due to this fact, she primarily preys on those who are alone or distraught. Once she has someone she tricks them into thinking she and the forest are all they have, that they will be alone, shunned or forgotten if they ever go back. In almost two hundred years, only two have ever escaped her grasp and she is not willing to let it happen again.
