✦ Never too far from his brother's side, Oschin is energetic and gleeful. He loves conversing with others and teasing them when he can. He makes up nicknames for everyone he meets and rarely calls anyone by their actual name. When he does address people by name, Samuel always gets very worried if he's feeling alright. He is pretty friendly to everyone and can come off as if he's flirting with them when he doesn't mean to. He generally has positive views of even the worse dragons and likes to be an optimist. While he's quite well-read and intelligent, especially in mathematics, he can be a bit of an airhead.

✦ Oschin works together with his brother in order to operate the planetarium. He meticulously tracks and details the history of celestial objects in order to create a mathematical model of the universe. All this information is then stored in the planetarium with the help of his brother, making it a faithful recreation of the astrological events and also a predictive model of the future. His workspace is very messy, with 3 walls of chalkboard filled to the brim with calculations. It's rather hard to make sense of his work and even harder to get him to explain in understandable words but Samuel is somehow always able to.
