Biography

With that, it's official: He's gotten lost again.

Sighing, Peredur thanks the helpful merchant and turns away. How, exactly, has he gotten to the Dusk Sanctum of all places? It feels like mere moments before that he was joking with Jonathan and Celyn at Lanternlea Port, and now he finds himself on the Border of Shadow and Nature.

The fluffy dragon sighs again. They're going to be so mad at him.

Right... right, there was that. The escort mission to the Hewn City. It might have to do with that. They'd obviously been careful, Jonathan designing an intricate route that would have allowed them to circumvent Luminax, and it had - except while certainly the biggest, the three-headed emperor dragon was not the only threat in the Sunbeam Ruins.

In fact, now that Peredur thinks about it, there'd been an oddly low number of scavenger groups out that day. It must have had to do with the highwaydragons, the ones that they'd been ambushed by as well. He doesn't really remember much of the fighting, but at some point any by sheer numbers, they'd been backed into a corner - or rather, up to a cliff.

He isn't quite sure what happened afterwards. They'd taken flight, probably, and crossed the broad river to their one side, and then... well, then he found himself at the Dusk Sanctum.

Peredur sighs yet again. Really, they're going to be so very mad at him.

Well, no reason to dwell on it just yet - first of all, he's got to get back. Trudging over to the caravan stand, he starts looking for one going in about the right direction.
Hopefully, this time it's not going to take him months and all his gold to get back, but... well, you know how it is.
