Black Wolf 		Chime wasn't exactly there when the clan was founded, way back in the Windswept Plateau (the true founders are Sedai and Oneiros), but through numerous events he has come to be the clan's leader and patriarch.

He's a bit of a mystery, speaking few words and usually preferring gestures, but for all of his silence and stoic appearance he is not unfriendly. In fact, he's quite open, and it's not unusual to see him spending time in the central part of the lair, listening to his clan members, their stories, or their troubles.

It may be strange to see such a silent giant be the leader of such a large and open clan, but Chime holds fast to the value in each and every dragon. As long as a dragon has something to offer and behave themselves, they have a place in the lair, no matter what flight, species, or other factors that may have a bearing on how a dragon would be percieved to others.

Dragons will sometimes tell their hatchlings Chime's wolf pelt is in fact his real face. He simply smiles whenever asked about it. 		Chimera
