Redwood Kindling
Agouti is more refined than Magisa's previous experiments with alchemical life. Each of his scales and feathers is placed with care, his eyes shining brightly as he peers out into the world. Proud of his creation, he makes no secret of it, proudly proclaiming himself Magisa's masterpiece- Until he discovers that she is working on a new project, even more ambitious than himself.

Embarrassed now by his youthful vanity, he helps around the lair as he can, sparring with dragons who need a match and doing magical exercises for Magisa's studies when she requests it, which she often does. In the end, despite his condescending attitude towards her at first, Minky turns out to be the only other dragon who truly understands him.
