While it may seem odd for a geologist to decide to live within Shadow's territory, Bucket is fascinated with the odd soil that is able to cultivate the many glowing mushrooms and brambles growing within the tangled wood. When not out prospecting he works with Chrysocolla to identify precious stones the Pearlcatcher has scavenged and Walpurgis to determine the value of a payment if made with gemstones. Bucket also enjoys visiting Arlo's digsites to help uncover artifacts and value various artifacts. He is also good friends with the other earth flight dragons in the lair.

He had to admit, while he was fascinated with the soil found within the tangled wood, it was nice to return to the land of his birth flight. "yer bein' fussy over nothin', Sioras. she coulda just gotten homesick." "i didn't like how evasive she was being during the whole conversation either. it just felt like she was hiding something from me." "well-" "look out!" Sioras suddenly took to the air as Bucket ducked. Two colorful orbs bounced over him, rolling just a bit further before unfurling into two dragons. One of which looked strangely familiar. "saporito?!" The banescale had landed once again. The dragon grinned sheepishly. "hullo sioras, i had a feeling i'd be seeing you soon. sorry if we almost ran you over bucket." "no worries," he said with a lighthearted chuckle. "who's the little fella?" "ah, he's an orphan i'm afraid. been sticking to my side like glue. think he can come home with us?" "i don't see why not. but you do have some explaining to do." "of course, of course," the dusthide nodded. |
