-Was orphaned overnight and was corrupted by the butler
-Said butler wanted the throne to himself but was unsuccessful
-Rival to Mutant Kingdom

-UNDERWORLD
-Bunch of demons and otherworldly entities
-Most know Skittles
Are actively hunting Skittles down as they've been set free

Wandering Hive (also to be renamed)
-Hive living under the Mutant Kingdom
-Velkan, the leader, eventually controls both cities without anyone noticing
