The idea struck her quite suddenly, like a bolt of lightning. It took the combined powers of all of the elemental deities to defeat the Shade. Therefore, wouldn’t a guard with representation from all of the eleven elements be the best equipped to defend the realm from the remnant Shadebeasts that still lurked and skulked across the land?

There was only one way to find out. And, that was how Tecūani’s thesis experiment was born.

The Gaoler left her birth clan, shielded within the Astrolodome, and set out for the Windswept Plateau. The perfect place to recruit for her experimental elite Elemental Guard.
