Funny things happen during festivals. The elemental magic is strong and sometimes influences dragons, especially in dragons that were born under the element. So it was with Shítou. The markings showed up on the 4th and 5th days of the Wind Festival. At first, he was hesitant to leave the space he shared with his beloved, Tinuviel. But she encouraged him to come out and show the rest of the clan that they still had the Windsinger's blessings, even though they were now living in Water.
