ABOUT. Pakhet graduates with first class honours--double major in Piracy and Wastelander Survival, with a minor in General Scoundrelry. She spends a few years making full use of her education gallivanting about as a mercernary, cutthroat, highwayman, and--for a short couple of months--a pirate, before deciding to lie low for a while. She changes her name and gets a nice, quiet job filling out forms in a treasury in a large city. She doesn't skim funds (this surprises her, too) and gets promoted to supervisor, then manager. After a while, she gets into an on-again-off-again fling with the sweet clerk working in the office across the street. She starts to fall into--oh, the horror!-- a routine. Pakhet has to admit, it's a pleasant change of pace. She doesn't have to hide her face when passing through a town or look over her shoulder in case her newfound comrades decide to betray her. She could get used to this. IMPRESSIONS. Has a crooked nose because of... an altercation a few years before she became a bureaucrat. Trusts the process. PAST. It is little surprise that hatchlings born to a wastelander and a pirate in the middle of the Scarred Wasteland tend to grow up fast. They are exposed to a life of brutal survival, vicious death, and, of course, crimes of all kinds; some may become disillusioned with the violence and seek other paths while others dive in headfirst,fully embracing this way of life. Growing up in an environment as harsh as the Plaguebringer's domain is sure to leave scars, and it is up to them to either hide the marks behind smooth silk and soft cotton or to display them proudly. But when it comes to independence, there is little doubt that all of them love the thrill of the fight, the rush of adrenaline in their veins, and the howl of the tempest in their ears.
