Akantha

Akantha is obsessed with wisps. She creates, or brews, or summons them--the clan isn't quite sure--from aether and stardust. She then attempts to train them to carry messages, or observe something and report back, or patrol den territory for intruders. She has met with no success as yet, since wisps have all the patience and impulse control of sugar-crazed hatchlings. Currently Akantha spends half her day helping restore clanmates' workshops or experiments that her wisps decided to play with. The rest of the clan would be angrier, except the wisps take such delight in their mischief that it's hard not to laugh along.
