Nettle sat back at that, a low rumble rising from his throat. "To have your very concept be tormented by pain. Such is a cruel fate," he grumbled, watching as the creature carefully moved to sit up. "No matter," Nettle then huffed. "This place is my domain. Here you may rest and be at peace. Nothing will be of threat to you here."

History

A concept from the Beyond settled within the Citadel's Greenhouse one day, and unbeknownst to the temple's residents, its presence caused the humble little conservatory to change and shift into what it is today; a near-endless, lush and vibrant forest, teeming with all manner of unique flora and fauna. The Citadel's residents agree that this forest shouldn't be able to exist the way it does; for any onlooker will only be able to see a decently sized conservatory-- until they step inside.

This concept eventually crafted itself a physical form, and the temple residents named it 'Nettle'. Nettle is a hulking, benevolent Behemoth; keeper and creator of the Citadel's vast, vast Greenhouse. He tends his realm with patience and care; though he is welcoming and protective of Citadel dragons as well, and he happily shares his endless realm with them.

Favorite treasures

Very few harmful plants can be found within the Greenhouse, for Nettle takes great care in ensuring his realm is safe for the Citadel's residents.

Large, heavy strands of ivy can be seen growing along the trunks of many of the Greenhouse's trees. They are nutritious and plenty. A boon to one who requires a lot of sustenance.

This tiny, polished pebble was a gift from Ánania as a token of friendship. It means the world to Nettle.
