From a young age, Diamon knew he would make his father proud. That was the goal of the Chimera lineage, after all; to become so great every dragon in Sornieth would know their names.

Only, Diamon struggled a bit with that. You see, he didn’t really have anything special about him. He tried out everything he could think of: magic, the arts, fighting… Yet nothing really clicked. Everything he did, no matter how hard he tried, he wasn’t good at. It made him rather insecure, but he didn’t want other dragons to know of his weakness. He had a legacy to uphold, after all. As a result, he became loud and brash. Constantly picking fights and being intimidating, so nobody would realise that he had no talent. If everyone thought he was cool or scary, nobody would know how weak he really was.

Currently, Diamon is a resident in a little gathering place known as The Clearing, and works as a guard. He is a pretty poor fighter against a trained opponent, but with his current attitude it is unlikely anyone would want to get on his bad side. He’s pretty paranoid: what if all his clan mates realise how useless he is? He keeps a tough outer shell to prevent that from happening. Due to this, he is yet to find a mate, but perhaps one day a dragon will realise how soft and sensitive he really is.
