A Child of the Wasteland. Nothing but Plague blood runs through her veins, unfiltered disease fuels her magic. With scales made to resemble the Mother of Pestilence she is an ode. Child of a seer and a priest, raised on beliefs and visions of a world in which survival is key. A world where disease runs rampant and where only the strong rule. Yet there is order in this vision, and these children have been taught leadership skills for their upcoming purpose. To be a guide to others in the Wasteland, to nourish and to serve the ideals of the Plaguebringer herself. She has been raised with both spiritual knowledge and fierce battle skills. An icon of her flight.

B I O G R A P H Y

Ruita seeks to empower clans by offering the teachings of the Plaguemother. She values strength, cunning, and the will to survive, and will guide clans to true power through these values. She will fight alongside those wishing to thrive and sees that they do. Rigid systems and hierarchies are obliterated by her views, and those not willing to listen will be made to listen. She's a rebel, an activist, a warrior, a priestess. Destroying the old to usher in change is what she does best.

The Wasteland follows wherever she goes. Massive spiked extrusions can be summoned at a moment's notice-- whether to defend, impale, or make a point. Even away from the Plaguelands these teeth follow her, brought to being through her powerful magic. Her birth being close to the Riot of Rot makes her a force to be reckoned with. This manipulation of the very soil beneath her is coupled with the skill to alter her appearance, seeming to decay and regrow tissue at an alarming rate, bones visible one day and gone the next.

Despite her rough personality and desire to seek change, Ruita is not an evil spirit. She aims to do good above all else, and aid rather than destroy. Yet sometimes things mush perish before they can grow once more.
