~ magic nullifier. Can redirect magic elsewhere or stop it in its tracks. Is not herself affected by magic and cannot perform any magic outside of her radiant nullifying abilities.
~ maybe comes at the cost of being unable to do her own magic
~ gets sent in to de-escalate situations with rogue sorcerers and wizards
~ probably not a fighter but she just needs to get close enough to nullify their powers so the actual fighters can step in.
~ a lot of magic users hate being near her; they report feeling faint, having tingling skin, and hearing an irritating static noise that gets louder as time goes on.
~ magic based healing doesn't work on her
~ name comes from "Insulate" but it's also a part of the brain
