A horrible mutated creature found frozen in a block of ice.

Apparently immortal as all of his injuries steam and heal.

High pitched giggle, but a freakishly deep voice. Talks to himself a lot.

Sprays hypnotic venom from his mouth and if it gets in YOUR mouth or an open cut you take on his traits. Either converts people by force or tricks them into drinking it. Can be cured, hypothetically, but the longer your infected the harder it is to turn back.

Someone is probably serving as his handler but idk who they are yet.
