notes for when i write lore:
  • traveling salesman who specializes in silk, jewelry and satchels.
  • has a dresser on his back where he keeps all his wares, organized and guarded by fischer.
  • fischer is dressed rather smartly, similarly to kipper. as his name implies, he spear fishes for the pair and helps with trading between the beastclans.
  • his egg was stolen by lagoon, so he never knew his parents. he never learned any of the ancestral snapper trails, so he made his own. it loops around the entirety of the windswept plateau, excluding the crescendo, and along the beaches of water territory as far as the shoredeep presage.
  • loves his path he's made for himself and intends to teach it to future snappers of the clan. some stops on the way are for fishing, which he does both for sustenance on his journeys and for fun.
  • close to retiring, after which he will teach the path to the new snappers and spend his days fishing.
  • despite being a great communicator, prefers being alone and quiet. hates small animals and hatchlings, especially curious ones who might rip up silk or tangle necklaces.
