It's so good. And since it's a palindrome it can be interpreted as both, which is really interesting to me. Ouch, sorry for the migraines. I've had a couple before, they're awful.

"The Prisoner," Luca Balsa from the multiplayer horror game Identity V! He was a young immigrant inventor initially sentenced to death for supposedly murdering his mentor, which is ambiguous since 1. there is no clarification if it was intentional self-defense or accidental and 2. Luca has brain damage from the explosion that killed his mentor, which gave him memory problems alongside impulse control issues, motor control issues, and general realistic consequences of brain damage.
His mentor was also resurrected by an eldritch cat god and joined their cult....
The song reminds of the unfair trial that condemned him, being "saved" by being forced into a deadly, supernatural game, meeting his old mentor again who was also invited to the game, and his memory problems.

That's awesome! I've been thumb nailing some storyboards to a sequence for "The Mind Electric," since there's a game I play and it has a character who fits it very, very well!
