Oado

Oado is the 4th generation of dragons born from Draco and Elavan. She carried genes from some of Clan Guardian Draco's "strongest"- the patience to raise hundreds of familiars from Asher, the levelheadedness of a diplomat from Papaya, the drive to fight from Riptide, the ferocious energy of Marian, and the need to survive from Isopropyl. Oado was born to one day serve the gladekeeper and be exalted along side her grandmother, but something went wrong. maybe it was a mistranslation in her paper work, maybe it was the Gladekeeper sending her on her true destiny, or maybe it was the plague in her heritage wanting more than what the life of a exalted dragon could give- but nevertheless she never met up with RipTide, and instead found herself lost. It would be years before the clan finally found her- surviving and thriving in The Seedscar. Due to the sensitive situation and history of the location, the clan sent their new member, Venom to collect their wayward clan mate... only to return with a much stronger, wiser, survivalist.

Oado explained her transformation happened somewhere between shadow's foxfire bramble and the wild sanctum. She was sent to the later as all exalted of the clan are, but the message they received for her sent her though shadow. along the way she had to use every instinct she had to survive, relying less and less on her skills and natural abilities and more on the advice of the clan and her long heritage. she started having dreams of another mirror helping her survive. "Two minds are better than one". The dream had guided her throughout her journey, taking her on adventures where she risked life and limb, saved lives... ended lives... it was all about adapting and serving. When she arrived at the Seedscar she heard the gladekeeper and the plaugebringer. Her Mother flight and Aunt. This was a scab that refused to heal... and Oado had an idea as to why. It needed patience, a levelheaded nurse, someone to "talk down" the nature magic and a fierce fighter to help the plague survive. It needed her.

When she stepped foot into the seedscar -much to the distress and anger of the magi trying to fix it- the mirror from her dreams told her it was time. The transformation was quick, like that of one of Mika's potions, but painful like Warlock's transformations. She had felt worse pain and knew she would survive- and once transformed the mirror from her dreams was beside her. the magi alerted as many people that they could of a nature dragon trespassing into plague, into the seedscar, and then transforming into an ancient plague dragon.

"The Seedscar is my destiny. It is both Nature and Plague's burden as far as I can understand."-Oado
