Marie became Kai's charge the moment the guardian laid her eyes upon her. The soft green glow that emanated from her and enhanced all of her beautiful features was enough to take Kai to her knees. Not even the fact that Marie stores very dangerous radioactive liquid in her body detested Kai from trying to prove that she can protect her since Kai's crystal body parts already hardened her to be able to withstand almost anything. Luckily for Kai, she didn't have to do almost anything to prove herself, because the only thing that Marie was missing in that cavern she was found in was some company.

My family is very precious to me. Please take good care of my kin and if they ever need to leave your clan, please send them back to their family. If they have any children of their own, I would love to see them, and they will always be welcome in my clan.
