___As recognition of the City of Obsidia grew, representatives of each flight were established to aid in communications with clans of other flights.

___Territorial disputes consume great amounts of resources, so diplomacy is always in the best of interests.

___Saraswati appears to be taking notes. There is a lot in Obsidia that she finds intriguing and desires to study. She finds the council's research very interesting and intends to share what she observed with the Arcanist. There seem to be a lot of artifacts that she wears that emit a strange glow. They react to every movement and would almost suggest an unstable power within.
