Humming along quietly to the clacking created by his bone chimes at all hours, Veigar creates an eerie atmosphere when he is digging in the dead of night. He enjoys his role in the clan, humbly honouring the dead. He doesn't mind the fact that some of his clan mates find him a bit disturbing. When he is not occupied with the dead he will usually help his mate Demeter with whatever ceremony she is currently preparing.

He is kind and doting towards most of his clan mates but they all agree that he can occasionally be overbearing. His fatherly nature is definitely influenced by the amount of children he has raised, two of which still live within the clan. He spends a lot of his time around the clan burial ground, tending to the graves and surrounding area. He strives to keep his workplace, and future resting place aesthetically pleasing.

The bones he wears are not the bones of past clan mates but the bones of prey and beastclans alike. He wears them to show that he remembers their deaths, their sacrifices and to honor the beastclan members' prowess in battle. He believes all life is sacred no matter how insignificant; beastclan are no different.
