The night of Sirius’ hatching a great comet passed over Sornieth. Small chunks of the meteor broke off as it neared the atmosphere and landed below, scattering across the lands. The small hatchling caught the briefest glimpse of it as he stared up from his rocky nest in Dragonhome. He watched as the tail faded away beyond the horizon of the great crystal spines of the neighboring Starfall Isles.

Since that fateful night the small dragon has been obsessed with the multitude of mythical rocks both raining from the sky and dug up from down below. His heritage as a faye of the fall allowed him access to plenty of treasure to fund his research and exploration as he grew older. Donned in extravagant glittering metals and gems he soon found himself a comfortable place in the very heart of the Arcane territory.

A bit haughty and full of himself, Sirius is nonetheless thorough in his work. While he prefers to maintain his own research team separate from any local clans he has become a boon to geologists and gemologists across the territories for his tireless study of the many asteroids that litter the Starfall Isles.

While Sirius’ interests have caused him to grow distant from his roots he does continue to celebrate the season his heritage is born of. Every autumn he puts down his tools and takes time to escape back to his roots. Often he can be seen within Malika’s court during this time, released from his restrictive pearlcatcher form for the briefest glimpses during the great feasts that are held beneath the harvest moons.
