- and just kinda added himself to eilarsus and mazaiesa's relationship


- his crane is a specially bred and trained courser, a war bird lineaged back to the early days of the arcane flight
- light, fast, and strong, well suited for carrying him into battle (and around the ruins/caverns)



- born in the ex-water flight part of the ruins, by the Sea, way post war
- water magic is super weak, can't do any magic, since the tidelord is dead & didn't directly bless his birth

- father was born there too, his parents have moved there directly after the war
- mother was born in the labyrinth, in a community of merchants stranded due to the war, and would later work her way across the sea to move to the ruins

- the fencing lessons gave him too much confidence
- equivalent to that of a theatre major getting to play the king at a ren faire
- realistically does he have any power at all? no
- do all his coworkers hate him? yes
