General
A prideful and loquacious little lady who just doesn't feel right without another dragon at her side at all times. One of the first additions to the clan, she's become one of Lady Kirby's right-hand dragons. Since Porull's departure, she's split the job of clan records keeper with Kolazhi. (They usually work in shifts, much to the latter's relief and retention of sanity.) Her relatively long history with the clan makes the job easier, as she's been around for most happenings since the clan's formation.

She knows it doesn't become her to do so in most company, but boy does Datia love to complain. To the dragons who will let her, she will spout every irritant and worry on her mind only to realize an hour and a half later and to her utter chagrin that she's talked her audience into shock or out of the chamber. Normally she's good about NOT doing that though.

One dragon who doesn't seem to mind the slip-ups is Aegram, who seems to have an immunity, an appreciation or a miraculous counteractive quality for each of Datia's quirks. The two's relationship evolved from idol and admirer to teacher and student to peers and lovers as the young skydancer matured, and now they're loyally bonded to one another.

In her free time she practices magic with Aegram and their handsome sons, Adlai and Alastaire.

History
She was adopted from the Labyrinth as a hatchling, too long ago for her to have retained any memory of or affiliation with the region.
