Biography

GULLVEIG GOLD
The Autumn Witch of Decay
_____

To embrace the autumn winds was to paint the world golden; Gullveig had always know it. And when she touched the blooming trees, their leaves yellowed and withered away, and it was why she knew she could never touch another living creature.

It would kill them, without a doubt.

Her touch corroded all it touched, brought with it the shimmering golds of her season and the natural cycle of life, and she aided the world as it sought to rid itself of all that summer had brought. Gullveig left behind rotten leaves and dead trees, the barren fields after harvest crumbling as she brushed by them, and the days grew shorter around her fickle form. The nights were hers, filled with chilled winds and downpours, and it was beautiful.

With eyes as warm and burning as the setting sun, she prepared for the endless winter looming on the horizon; a merciless threat and promise seamlessly blended.

When the snow came, the trees would be barren, and her claws would surely ache from the sheer work of it all. This was what she poured her soul into. It was her duty to prepare the world for winter, to gently ease the life into sleep, and she would find peace the day the lands froze.

Generation 4

All faeries are greedy, but the Autumn Court is the most greedy of them all...

Congratulations on adopting a Descendant of the Autumn Court~ Gluttonous and decadent, the Autumn Court fae gorge themselves on the harvest's riches. Be warned, though: one taste of their food, and you will never be able to leave. The Autumn Court is most well known for granting questing dragons prosperity, but only if they can be convinced to part with it.
