A prophet who has decided that he wants to make sure the good prophecies happen and the bad prophecies don't. Problem is, he usually resorts to some not-very-good methods to do so (like trying to murder a hatchling whose destiny was to become evil). With his son Solstice, he goes around "fulfilling" prophecies and maybe throwing in a few magic shows for good measure.
