Julianos is the clan's religious expert. He spends his days in his temple, studiously praying and communicating with the deities. The clan praises him in times of prosperity, and, unfortunately, blames him for times of trouble; they see turmoil as his failure to please the gods, or his ability to offend them. Julianos, interestingly enough, often agrees with these assessments and thus is very self critical when things go wrong. Although he hails from the Shadow lands and now lives in a Water clan, Julianos belongs to no God in particular. Instead, he prays to all Gods for peace, prosperity, and health.
Julianos is a seeker of truth. He is very similar to Arcane dragons this way - he is extremely dedicated to knowledge and refuses to sugarcoat the truth or lie for the benefit of his clan. He has vowed his life to religion and as such, has sworn a life of celibacy and will never father any children. He looks down on those in his clan who are not loyal to the gods, and praises those who have left their life to serve the deities in Exaltation.
