Vormuun was a graveyard regular and was often the recipient of Filipa's disapproval. While they both worked with the dead, Filipa opposed bringing them back. This disagreement culminated in Kyril picking the scrawny man up and forcefully removing him from the premise. As they grew older, these spats subsided, and a mutual admiration formed between the two. They were the first historians of the settlement and recorded the tales of the dead for future generations.

Vormuun is believed to have passed at the age of 693. Most of his books have been preserved, but five are considered lost.
